As Amish Country natives, we're tough to please w/whoopie pies! These were great - everyone loved them. My kids didn't know they were eating zucchini!

have made twice & has turned out great!!!! took same recipe, cut it in half, ran out of unbleached flour, so i used bisquick (1 cup with the bread flour) & made sourdough rolls, they were fantastic!!!

I tried this and it was delicious!!!! I also added one 9oz.jar of Cannon's sweet hot's green chiles and it gave it a whole new taste
