Peppered salmon steaks Ingredients
1 1/4 teaspoons Watkins Ginger
1 tablespoon Watkins Cracked Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Watkins Seasoning Salt
1/4 cup melted butter
4 salmon steaks, cut 3/4 inch thick (2 pounds)
Lemon slices and parsley, for garnish

How To Make Peppered salmon steaks

Peppered salmon steaks Recipe Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

In a small bowl, combine pepper, ginger, and seasoning salt. Press lightly into both sides of salmon steaks. Arrange steaks in a single layer in a greased shallow baking pan. Drizzle with butter. Bake, basting once with pan juices, until fish is opaque, about 15 minutes. Garnish with lemon slices and parsley. Drizzle with pan juices.
