1 egg, beaten

1 teaspoon A-1® sauce

Flour

Onions, sliced in rings

Pepper, to taste

Salt, to taste

Soda cracker crumbs

Beat egg with milk, A-1® sauce, salt and pepper. Dip each onion ring into batter, then in flour; back into batter, then in cracker crumbs. Put into a bowl with a tight fitting lid and refrigerate overnight.
