1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 cup water
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
3/4 cup sour cream
