Too rich! This HAS to be a recipe from the 1950's, because it reads like a heart attack waiting to happen. I don't insist on all foods being low-fat, low-cholesterol, low-calorie, but this one is EXCESSIVELY unhealthy. I modified recipe to decrease fat and calories--my version still is far from low-fat or low-caloria, but it is significantly less UNhealthy. I used chicken broth rather than cream of chicken soup, halved amount of sour cream, then used 1/2c reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese and 1/4c aged parmesan cheese (grated from a wedge, NOT the dehydrated stuff. Companies which make frozen reduced-calorie entrees--such as Weight Watchers and Stouffer's--use aged parm and other aged Italian cheeses with high flavor, along with smaller amounts of cheddar or mozzarella cheese--to achieve flavor, resulting in good taste, significantly fewer carlories.
