Makes: Put all ingredients into an ice cream freezer, and then fill remainder of ice cream freezer with whole milk. Make as you would any homemade ice cream following freezer manufacturer's instructions.

1 cup coconut

1 cup pecans

1 quart (4 cups) half-and-half

1 small can crushed pineapple, not drained

2 cans sweetened condensed milk

3 bananas, sliced or mashed
