Free Turnovers Recipe

Preheat oven to 425 degreese F. Cut in shortening into flour and salt using a pastry blender. Add water 1 Tbsop at a time while mixing with a fork. Use hands to press dough into a firm ball. Roll out until about 1/8"-1/4" thick. Cut woith hollow side of tool or use cookie cutter. Place cut circles on top of turnover tool and fill according to size of circle below: -small mold 1/2 tsp. filling - medium mold 2-3 tsp filling
