Place chicken in non-metalic dish. Whish together remaining ingredients. Pour 1 cup sauce over chicken; marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes. Set aside remaining sauce.
Grill or broil chicken 10 minutes, brushing with marinade, or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
Heat reserved sauce to boiling. Simmer 5 minutes until sauce thickens, stirring often. Serve with chicken.
