Ingredients
1 egg
1 package(125 g) of cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1-1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 up lightly packed brown sugar
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/4 cup icing sugar, sifted
1/4 cup strawberry jam
1/4 tsp. almond extract
2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
How To Make Strawberry Cheesecake Muffins
Easy Recipe Directions:
Grease large muffin tins. Blend cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth, set aside.
Combine dry ingredients. Then add mixed liquid. Stir liquid mixture into dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Spoon half of batter into muffin cups. Top with 1 Tbsp. cream cheese mixture and 1 tsp. jam. Spoon remaining batter on top.
Bake 375F for 20 minutes. Cool in pan for 5 minutes. Store in airtight container.
