1 cup milk
1 oz. semisweet chocolate
1 Tbsp hot water
1 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. vanilla or almond extract
Wipped Cream (Optional)

Combine chocolate, sugar and water in a saucepan or microwave-safe container. Heat over low heat for about 1 min until melted, Stir well to blend.
In different container or saucepan, heat the milk until hot.
Whisk mil into chocolate, stirring until well blended. Whisk in the cinnamon and vanilla
Pour in a mug, top with whipped cream
