Ingredients

1 cup flour

1 egg

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1/2 cup soft butter or margarine

1/2 tsp. baking soda

2/3 cup sugar

3 cups Special K Cereal

How To Make Special K Cookies

Easy Recipe Directions:

Sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Blend butter, sugar, vanilla. Beat until fluffy. Add egg. Beat well. Stir in sifted dry ingredients. Then 1 cup of Special K Cereal. Drop teaspoon full of dough into the remaining Special K, rollint to coat. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Preheat over to 375 F. Bake in oven for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
