Ingredients
1 shallot or 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
1-1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onions, white and light green parts only

How To Make Migonette Sauce

Easy Recipe Directions:

Stir vinegar and salt in a medium bowl until salt dissolves. Add green onions, shallot, garlic and pepper. Add parsely 30 minutes before serving. Serve at room temperature This is good on raw oyster or can be used as a dipping sauce for pan-fried oysters. Can be made 2 days ahead of serving time.
