Ingredients

1-1/2 tsp. vanilla

1/2 tsp. salt

3/4 cup cold mashed potato

4 cups confectioner sugar(icing)

4 cups shredded coconut

8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate

How To Make Mashed Potato Candy

Easy Recipe Directions:

Mix mashed potato with icing sugar. Stir in 4 cups of shredded coconut. Add vanilla and salt and blend well. Press into large pan. Melt chocolate over hot water, then pour over candy quickly. Cool and cut.
