Ingredients
¼ cup milk
½ cup coarsely chopped pecans, almonds, walnuts or hazelnuts
½ cup unsalted butter
1-1/2 up confectioners' sugar, (icing), sifted
4 oz. Dark Chocolate, chopped

How To Make Easy Chocolate Fudge

Easy Recipe Directions:

Line the base and sides of a shallow 8 in square cake pan with aluminum foil. Brush chocolate, butter, sugar and milk in a medium suacepan. Stir over low heat until mixture is smooth. Bring to boil; boil for 1 minute only. Remove from heat and beat mixture with wooden spoon until it is smooth. Fold the chopped nuts into the mixture. Pour mixture into prepared pan; smooth surface with the back of a metal spoon. Stand pan on wire rack to cool. When fudge is firm, remove from pan. Store in airtight container in a cook, dark place for up to 7 days. Makes 64
