Ingredients
1 large (9 1/2 inch/24 cm) pita bread
1 Tbsp. pine nuts
1 tsp. rosemary leaves
1-3/4 oz (50 g) mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Basic Tomato Sauce
2 oz pancetta or salami, thinly sliced
2 tsp. black olive paste
3-1/2 oz. coppa or cooked smoked bacon or ham, thinly sliced
4 cherry tomatoes, halved

How To Make Coppa Pizza

Easy Recipe Directions:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C/Gas 8). Place the pita bread on a baking sheet. Spoon the tomato sauce over the pita bread. Arrange the coppa and pancetta on top of the sauce. Top with the mozzarella, tomato halves, pine nuts and rosemary. Dot the olive paste around the pizza. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Serves 2-4.
