Ingredients
1 18.25-oz. pkg. light devil's food cake mix
1 large egg
2 large egg whites
2 Tbsp. stick margarine or butter, softened
2 Tbsp. water
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Cooking spray
How To Make Chewy Chocolate Cookies
Easy Recipe Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; beat at medium speed of a mixer for 2 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoons 2 inches apart onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from pans; cool on wire racks. Store in an airtight container.
Makes 5 dozen (serving size: 1 cookie).
